Information in the contact flow
The Contact form uses your name, email address, optional company, message, chosen interest, and any product or organization context to receive and respond to your inquiry. Selecting Send inquiry transmits these details to our server and through our Hostinger email service to info@code-s-institute-usa.com. An automated acknowledgment is also sent to the email address you provide; it is not a marketing subscription or booking confirmation.
The Ai4 meeting form also includes your preferred event day, local time, and meeting focus. Selecting Request a meeting submits these preferences through the same server and Hostinger email flow. The automatic acknowledgment records a request, not a booked or held time; a meeting requires our personal confirmation.
The AI-team builder can also prepare a discovery brief with organization, department, systems, workflow, agent preferences, and human-handoff information. These details help explain your inquiry; a prepared brief is not an order or confirmed implementation.
Direct email links and the AI-team builder open a draft in your email application; nothing is sent until you choose to send there. Your email provider’s practices then apply. Please do not include patient, health, payment-card, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry.
